Gary and Linda, your hosts, are naturally approachable, welcoming and relaxed. We appreciate the importance of your enjoyment whilst staying here with us and aspire to create an inviting and comfortable atmosphere. Both of us have lived in the area all our lives, Gary was born in Tideswell and has plenty of local knowledge
We offer a high degree of privacy to our guests. Our Lounge with it’s large bay window and exceptional views across open countryside and large flat screen television is available for our guests to use.
Guests have their own entrance to the property.
On arrival guests are welcomed with a tray of tea/coffee and a sample of Linda’s delicious home baking.
This is a perfect setting and base for exploring the stunning Peak District and surrounding Derbyshire Dales.wBreakfasts at Meadow Lodge are a treat, home cooking at its best using all locally sourced produce.
We are Walker and cyclist friendly and provide an excellent boot cleaning service (called Gary). Many walks/cycle rides can be started and finished from Meadow Lodge.
