Meadow Lodge is a newly renovated bungalow, which provides custom made B&B accommodation.
Situated on a quiet road on the outskirts of the beautiful village of Tideswell. Fully double glazed and central heated.

Situated on the outskirts of the village of Tideswell and within easy walking distance to the centre of the village, approximately ½ mile.
A level walk with declines to the main road running through the village.
Pre-Arrival
Booking is by phone and we ask for a deposit of £95 per night for the Twin/Super King room and a deposit of £85 per night for the Double room, this being payment for the first night, payable by cheque or bank transfer at the time of booking.

Arrival & Car Parking Facilities
Parking is available on the quiet road outside the property or on the driveway.
The drive is on an incline with four steps up to a terrace with a further three steps to the front door of the property.
Assistance can be given with luggage to and from your car.
Main Entrance
The front entrance leads into a large hallway, with bedrooms leading off.
Once inside, the bedrooms, lounge / dining rooms are all on one level.
Public Areas – Hall, Stairs, Landing, Corridors etc
All rooms are off the main hallway.
A fire extinguisher is situated in the main hallway
Hangers for wet outdoor coats and clothing is in the hallway.
There is a tray for muddy boots.
Public Areas – Sitting room, lounges, lobbies etc
The lounge/dining room is situated off the hallway through first door on the left when entering the property.
Public WCs
The nearest WC is in the centre of the village near the bus stop.
Restaurant / Dining Room, Bar & Bar area, Take Away & Cafe
There are a number of public houses in the vicinity.
Three in the village of Tideswell, all serving food.
The Red Lion at Litton, 1 mile away, an old pub with low beamed ceilings, log fires and serving excellent food.
We do not allow take away food in Meadow Lodge.
Laundry
Apart from drying clothing needed to walk in laundry will not be done at Meadow Lodge.
Leisure Facilities
Meadow Lodge is an ideal starting point for walkers and cyclists.
The nearest swimming pools are situated in Bakewell and Buxton, both 8 miles from Tideswell.
The newly opened Monsal Trail, 8.5 miles of tranquil trail between Buxton and Bakewell, is easily accessible from the property and is ideal for cyclists and walkers.
Outdoor Facilities
We have an outside sitting area, a raised terrace which enjoys splendid views, ashtrays are provided outside.
There is a shed for cycle storage
There are several walks from the property; we are situated on a quite lane.
Bedrooms & Sleeping Areas
Bedroom 1 – Twin or superking, ensuite shower room, large bay window and spectacular views.
Bedroom 2 – Double room with ensuite shower room.
Each bedroom has a flat screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities, Radio Alarm Clock, Fan Heater, Hairdryer and torch.
Bathroom, Shower-room & WC [Ensuite or Shared]
Both rooms have ensuite facilities.
Additional Information
All guest rooms and lounge/dining room are off the main hallway and on the ground floor.
