Non-availability
We would only cancel your booking if for reasons beyond our control and in this event we would try and find alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable, then we would refund all money paid. Our liability will not extend beyond the refund.
Arrival and departure
Arrival time is after 16.00 and on departure we ask that you vacate your room by 10:30am. Variations on these times are sometimes available on request.
Damages and breakages
Any damages or breakages must be reported immediately. Anything minor will not be charged, however significant damage will be charged for. Wilful damage will result in full payment of the booking and instant removal from the establishment.
